April W. Jefferies, 41, of Knox, Indiana, passed away peacefully at home on February 9, 2025.
April was born April 25, 1983, in Knox, Indiana, to Cindy King Wieringa. After high school, she married and had two sons before going their separate ways. She was a cashier at Martin's Supermarket for a number of years.
April was a wonderful mother, daughter, and sister. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
April is survived by her sons - Donavon and Braxton Jefferies of Culver, mom - Cindy Wieringa of Knox, brothers - Johnathon King of Koontz Lake, Brad and Scott Wieringa of Knox, and Steven Wieringa of Warsaw. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
April was preceded in death by her stepdad - Larry Wieringa and grandparents - Willard and Helen King.
A time to gather with the family will be held at the Odom Funeral Home, Culver, on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 from 3:00 - 7:00 pm EST. Per April's wishes there will be no services.
